How do earnings work?
When a company you refer advertises on Whop, you earn 1% of its total ad spend, recurring for as long as it keeps advertising. This is a direct Vantad partner arrangement, not Whop's public affiliate program.
When do payouts land?
Payout timing and tracking appear in your partner account. If a payout looks off or overdue, send us the company details and the period you are asking about so we can investigate.
Should I buy a domain through Vantad or connect one I own?
Either works. Buying through Vantad keeps the checkout and setup together. If you already own a domain, connect it from your dashboard and follow the DNS instructions.
Why does my domain show as pending?
DNS changes can take time to reach every resolver. Keep the requested records in place, then check the status again from your dashboard. If it stays pending, message us with the domain name.
How do I change my site branding?
Open the builder to update the content and look of your hosted agency site. If you are stuck on a particular change, tell us what you are trying to show and we will point you in the right direction.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are handled manually by a human. Email support with the domain or payment details and a short explanation; we will review the request with you.
